Departure:

• booking possibility within 24 hours;
• meeting the passenger at the entrance to Terminal 1;
• porter service (allocating the worker to carry the baggage from the entrance to Terminal to check-in desk);
• check the necessary documents for departure passengers, provide passengers with information on the visa rules  of the country of destination and the items prohibited to carry by air transport;
• firstly private accompanying the passenger to the point of inspection of Aviation Security located at the entrance to the airport;
• firstly private accompanying the passenger to the check-in desk;
• assistance in registration of passenger  and baggage check-in;
• assistance with priority seats on the aircraft;
• necessary advising assistance to passenger while filling the customs declaration;
